OB Formulations Money-Back Guarantee provides you the layer of security and freedom to try out our products, see if they work for you, and return them if they don’t.
By default, you have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To help us identify your order faster, please provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone used to place the order, Shipping Address, Shipping City, State, and Zip code, Order Number, Items that you wish to return, and quantity of items.
This agreement is in effect as of June 29, 2022.
We reserve the right to change this Refund & Return Policy from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Refund & Return Policy periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions. Please look at the bottom of this page for the last updated date.
Once your package arrives back in our warehouse and is processed (approx. 1-2 weeks) you can expect the refund to be automatically refunded back on the card used to purchase the item(s). Depending on bank transfer speed and your bank’s policies, the credit will reflect on your bank account within 5-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, mail us back your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of previous shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
Other non-refundable items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift Cards
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Items purchased with rewards points.
Please send us an email at email@example.com for instructions on how to mail your product to us. Consumer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities. If your shipping value is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
